Keeping track of assets is simple with the AX T3. This system is self powered with a battery life of between 3 – 7 years. The AX uses the Globalstar Satellite network as it communication route. In doing this coverage is not reliant on traditional GSM based tracking units and offers a near global tracking solution. The AX T3 contains a simplex modem. In simple terms it only communicates one-way. The unit is programmed to send timed updates at regular intervals or where an alarm is triggered, for example a container door opening.
